The Ambiance
One of the first things you’ll notice when you drive through Preserve at Corkscrew Homes for Sale is the distinguished gated entrance and the mature landscaping. This community doesn’t feel new. You’ll also notice that most of the home sites have either a lake or nature preserve view.
If you’re a water-lover, you’ll enjoy The Preserve’s 16 lakes.
The Location
The community is in an outstanding location – very centrally located to just about everything in the area. As a Preserve at Corkscrew home owner, you’d have easy on and off access to I-75, which brings you close to Naples and Fort Myers amenities.
Closer to home, you’d be within a few minutes of the Miromar Outlets and Coconut Point for shopping. You’d also be close to shopping, a movie theater and a wide variety of casual and formal dining at the Gulf Coast Town Center.
When you want to enjoy a round of golf, there are championship golf courses designed by well-known architects like the Stoneybrook Golf Course just waiting for you to schedule a tee time.

The Amenities
Living an active lifestyle is easy at The Preserve. The amenities center opened in April, 2003. You’ll spend time at the center catching up with neighbors while you take advantage of the fitness center, spa or tennis courts.
After your workout, relax in the resort-style swimming pool. If you are having a party, you won’t need to wonder where you’ll hold it. The 6,000 square foot clubhouse is available to make sure it’s an event to remember.
The Homes
The developer, Cameratta Companies, has two Premier Builders in the community, Lennar Homes and Pulte Homes. Both of these builders are leaders in the new home construction industry.
Lennar is offering two types of “everything’s included” single family homes. The first is the Executive Homes, which range in size from 1,340 to 3,357 square feet and range in price from the $200s to high $300s. The second type is the Manor Homes. They range in size from 1,861 to 3,867 square feet and the price range is high 200s to high 300s.
Pulte is building nine different single family home designs. The homes range in size from 1,641 to 3,532 square feet and are priced from the mid $200s to the high $400s.
You have three ways to buy in The Preserve. There are often “quick move-in homes” that are already completed, there are sometimes resale homes, and there are lots available for purchase for those who want to have input from the very beginning.
