Downing-Frye Captures 19% Market Share

 
Downing-Frye reported pending sale contract data for September. Following steady same-month year-over-year positive increases September, usually a slow activity month, 2014 puts a 127% increase over 2013 up on the score board.
 
Most of these pending sale contracts will result in closed sale statistics to be reported for October 2014.
 
According the data captured in the local MLS, Downing-Frye claims 19% market share based on dollar volume of closed sales for the nine months ending 9/30/2014.
