Bob helped my wife and I find our wonderful second home in Naples. He was very knowledgeable about the area and very patient in showing us multiple properties. He guided us through the process of making an offer, negotiating, closing, home inspections, insurance, etc. We really felt that he was our advocate and that he was committed to helping us choose the right property. He did not push us in any way and provided just the right amount of reality check whenever we got off course. I have and will continue to recommend Bob to friends who are looking in the area.
