$1 Billion and Counting Closed Sale Volume

Not since 2005 has Downing-Frye hit the $1 billion mark for closed sale volume so soon

It’s summer in southwest Florida and the weather is warm. But, the warm weather is nothing compared to the sizzling hot real estate market spanning Naples, Bonita Springs, Estero, Fort Myers, and certainly other Florida locales as well.

More often than not, the Downing-Frye team posts $1 billion in sales volume in any given year. The only question is when? We have been walking the mark back from December to November to October..etc. This year was a leap to new territory not seen since the “crazy days” in 2005.

This year the $1 Billion sales volume mark was hit last week before June 15. That is exciting and telling in and of itself. What’s even more exciting is the possibility of a $2 billion sales volume year!
