Lee County, Bonita Springs, Estero, Fort Myers, Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel/Captiva and beyond, report all but one sale for last week below the $1 million mark.

Here we are in the dead of summer in southwest Florida where, by the way, tourism is up and the beaches are relatively crowded for this time of year as the region is beginning to transition from a foremost winter retreat to more-and-more year around permanent residences, we find some truly outstanding real estate market data.
I remember not to long ago that even during this region’s peak selling season these top ten weekly statistics would not ever see a $1 million transaction let alone 19 out 20 now over that mark.
