I have compiled the data available through the Naples area Board of REALTORS multiple listing service for Bonita Springs & Estero Florida – The Real Estate Market Watch.

Each month’s numbers are a bit behind the calendar due to the time it takes for data input relative to transactions in the last week of any given month. Numbers are usually available be the middle of the following month. Even so, they are continually updated after that.

For those wondering about the market right now the March 2020 and First Quarter 2020 numbers are in and they look great! Now that’s pretty darn good considering the environment around COVID-19.

Will it last? Pending sales in April look to be tempering and I expect that the final April numbers will be dampened.
