Naples-Marco Area Home Prices to Gain 41%

Naples-Marco price increases over the next three years to be highest in Florida
The real estate market has been heating up over the past several years. Local Market Monitor is now predicting the gains will outpace a previous estimate of 29% made in the second quarter of 2014. Local Market Research is based in Cary, NC and has been around for 25 years.
The gains are forecast after analyzing recent data on job growth, shortage of new and resale homes, and the relatively small number of foreclosed homes available for purchase.
Over the same three period, Local Market Monitor predicts 25% growth for Fort Myers and Cape Coral prices. Local Market Monitor tracks 315 markets nationwide.
