Downing-Frye Realty Pending Sales Volume for month of June 2020 doubles to $170,000,000! (OK, it was actually only a 98% increase!) Florida Real Estate buyers are back! The number of Pending Sale contracts over $1,000,000 jumped to 36 from 9 for the same period 2019.

Takeaway… dwindling inventory is clearly putting pressure on prices. June 2020 posted a healthy price increase of 8% year-over-year. Demand for single-family homes is clearly driving the marker which, in part, would support the rising overall prices paid by buyers.
