Demand for new high-end homes in Naples continues

Residences at The Mercato in north Naples have already sold four upper-end new homes two days prior to the project’s official grand opening. By now it was expected that 10 to 12 additional homes will be sold. All this without advertising and model homes which are scheduled to start construction in January.

Well known to Naples, the Lutgert Companies are developing 52 courtyard-style homes on 11 acres just immediately north of The Mercato center which is home to the area’s only Whole Foods, Silverspot Theater, Blue Martini, and The Capital Grille to name a few of the upscale shopping center’s high-end dining, shops, and entertainment.

The homes range from 2,500 – 3, 500 square feet and start at $1.2m.
