Purchasing a home long distance and from another country can be a daunting experience. This was not the case for us. We had the good fortune to meet Bob on an earlier trip to Florida. We were impressed with him immediately. He took time to meet with us and understand our needs. He stayed the course until such time we found the right property. He was patient, honest, supportive and responsive and presented appropriate information and documentation as needed. The transaction from beginning to end was seamless.
